We listened to your feedback regarding new COVID-19 procedures and we will be holding this year’s conference and awards ceremony virtually to celebrate your amazing achievements.
You are invited to join us online September 10 at 12:30pm (PST) where we will present the 21st Annual Customer Experience (CX) Industry Awards Gala through a new, dynamic, virtual-format. Our team at SQM appreciates the outstanding individuals and organizations who deliver great CX and EX performance and we are not going to miss our chance to celebrate your improvements and world class achievements. This ceremony will be free to attend and SQM will send the attendance link in an upcoming e-blast in August.
This year’s conference portion is going to be moved online in a series of webinars free for anyone who has registered for the 2020 or 2021 conference. Dates for the webinars will be released leading up to the awards ceremony.
What does this mean if you are currently registered for the 2020 conference in Coeur d’Alene?
All award winners will have their trophies sent to them. As we will not be able to get together in person this year, we’d like to share in the celebration with you and your team. Please capture a photo of your team with the trophy so we can share your success with rest of the contact center industry. You can email a copy of your photo to firstname.lastname@example.org or don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions. You can expect to receive your award the week of July 27 and we’ would love to receive your team’s photo with the trophy by August 14.
