BackCheck is a division of Checkwell Decision Corporation, the largest Canadian human resource company dedicated to providing pre-employment background screening. SQM does not disclose, sell or trade our contact list to any organization.
Customer Surveying Privacy Practices
SQM Group is committed to protecting the privacy of customers. SQM Group will not disclose customer lists (we do not sell or trade our customer lists) or any other customer information that may be provided by our clients or survey participants. When a customer completes a survey and requests that their identifiable information be kept anonymous, SQM Group will honor that request. A customer that requests not to be surveyed will be placed on our do not call survey list within 24 hours of their request.

SQM Group does not share or give out any individual participant data submitted from the operational or quality assurance questionnaire.
SQM Group acknowledges that we are placed in a position of confidentiality and trust by our clients while performing services. SQM Group will not disclose customer lists or any other customer, employee or call center identifiable information that may be provided by our clients or obtained by SQM Group in the performance of its obligations to conduct service quality research.
Individual performance is not shared with anyone other than the appropriate person(s) within the individual’s organization.
