Update for Conference Reschedule

Dear SQM Customer Experience Conference and Industry Award Attendees
Like you, we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 daily and are taking every precaution to help slow down the transmission of the virus. We feel confident that if every person does their part, we can work through these tough times more quickly and return to enjoying wonderful and dynamic events in public spaces. In the same spirit of confidence, we wish to officially announce we have moved the conference to September 1 – September 3, 2020. The event will still be held at the world class Coeur d’Alene Resort and will include all of the industry insights, networking, awarding and community building that was planned for the original dates.
Here's what you need to know:
- You do not need to do anything if you are already registered for our 21st Conference and Industry Awards. We will transfer your registration to the new dates.
- We will make canceling your hotel reservation as easy as possible. If you booked your hotel room for the original dates in April as part of SQM’s room block, using the link on our website or if you called and booked under our group rate, your reservation will be automatically rescheduled to the new dates for you. If you still need to reserve accommodations, follow the link below:
Book Hotel Reservations ▶ - We are working with all our keynote speakers to confirm their participation for the new date. Many of our speakers have already confirmed their willingness to join us in September 1 – September 3, 2020.

21st Annual Customer Experience Conference and Awards
The health and well-being of our clients and employees is our highest priority. Given the current global climate surrounding Coronavirus (Covid-19), SQM has made the decision to reschedule the 21st Annual Customer Experience Conference and Industry Awards – formerly booked April 28-30, 2020 – to a date in the early fall.
At SQM Group, our mission is to improve customer and employee experience one individual at a time. We place the focus on the individual because we understand having a personalized approach produces the highest results. In the same fashion, SQM values each of our clients and their employees on an individual basis and deeply cares about each and everyone’s well-being.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding during this time. If you have already registered, your registration fee and learning track seat will automatically be applied to the new dates for the conference. Please contact your airline and hotel provider as soon as possible to make the appropriate adjustments.
