Vice President of Client Services

SQM Group specializes in measuring call center customer and employee satisfaction for the largest companies in North America. We have experienced tremendous growth in Canada and US and are currently expanding into the International markets. We are looking for an account manager to service our existing call center clients and to sell our call center products and services.

Candidates must have held one of the following roles in an inbound call center for a minimum of 3 years:
  • Senior Project Manager

  • Senior Analyst

  • QA Manager/Director

  • Senior Manager/Director


  • Candidates must have the following key competencies & qualifications:
  • University degree or higher

  • Strong presentation skills from the front line and Senior Call Center Executives

  • Work in a team environment and also work independently

  • Willing to travel within North America approx 25% of time

  • Highly skilled in MS Office Products

  • Strong project implementation skills

  • Willingness to work out of your home office



  • The position requires following up on leads, conducting onsite and phone presentations, project implementation and account management for North American companies. Salary base is $100,000. to $110,000 with an annual sales bonus $5,000 to $15,000. Send resume to:

    Telephone Survey Representatives

    We are experiencing rapid growth and need people to conduct customer telephone satisfaction surveys at our Vernon BC office. SQM's Telephone Survey Representatives have very high job satisfaction, in fact, they consider SQM to be Vernon's Employer of Choice.

    Responsibilities:
  • Ability to follow SQM survey standards
  • Excellent people skills
  • Accurate documentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Demonstrate good judgement
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time


  • Qualifications:
  • Fluent in French, Spanish and English for Bilingual positions
  • Computer knowledge
  • Competent keyboarding skills (at least 40 WPM with high accuracy)
  • Able to work 35-40 hours a week, Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
