Cost
This workshop is only available to SQM clients (defined as anyone who has been through a benchmarking or tracking study within the last three years) for the fee of $2000 per attendee. This fee includes one copy of Mike Desmarais' book, World Class Call Center (which has the stand alone value of $1,000).

Cancellation
